The property is surrounded by 6.000 sq.m of Mediterranean bush, pinewood and eucalyptus wood, at the border of a white sand beach. There's a private access to the beach at 50 m From the terrace you can see only a natural landscape. No houses, roads, or other human things. A nice place if you enjoy nature and private life. The property is located in Porto Pino in Southern Sardinia an area with a wide range of natural habitats most of which are still very much unspoilt.

The coast, edged by lagoons and pine forests where interesting botanical species and fauna dwell, is a continuous line of white beaches and rocks forming a sheer drop down to the crystal-clear sea below. Inland, there are vast areas of Mediterranean copse and oak woods. There is also a rich archaeological heritage that includes settlements of the first inhabitants of the island, nuraghe, the typical Sardinian houses dating back to the Bronze Age and large Punic and Roman cities. Important industrial archaeological remains are to be found in the Iglesiente mining area will give rise to a Geomining Park
