The vacation rental
The three identical vacation houses are comfortable and equipped with love for the detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, has table and chairs for eating, and the living room has Sat-TV. There also is a double bedroom (individual mattresses) in the goundfloor floor and a bathroom with shower.
In the upper floor you can find another double bedroom, a single bedroom (usable for two children) and another bathroom with shower as well as a sun terrace.
There are among other things:
Air condition in the two double bedrooms and in the living room, dishwasher, washing machine, cooler/frige, toaster, coffeemachine, iron, BBQ , sun beds.
The houses have a comunity pool 5 x 10 m. Two tennis courts can be used free of charge. |

The surrounding area
The house is situated about 2 km of the centre from Sa Rapita and approx. 3 km of the fantastic sandy beach "Es Trenc " the nature dune beach is under conservation. In Sa Rapita are several little supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bank as well as some good restaurants.
