Following very careful restoration in full respect of the original structures and the interesting addition of comfortable elements of modern architecture . terrace	The surrounding area The house (Podere) lies in the suggestive hilly area between Pisa and Volterra, only 1 km from a little village, on a hill, from which one can admire a vast and wonderful panorama of fields and rolling hills. The view stretches out past Volterra (30 km) and almost into the Chianti area. The Podere is surrounded by 4 hectares of terraced grounds with fields, olive groves and woods that invite guests for leisurely walks in beautiful unspoilt surroundings. The garden has a swimming pool (5x12 m), barbecue grill, pizza oven, ping-pong table and a lot of outdoor furniture for recover in nature oasis.
