The Holiday House
Our vacation home is out-of-town Roses in the urbanisation Mas Fumats. The quiet location is ideal for families with children. It has a childrens bedroom with a bunk bed 140/200cm and a day bed. A bedroom with a double bed with a fitted cupboard, and a comfortable living room with acces to the big terrace, a well equipped kitchen and the utility room with a washing machine and dryer. For the evenings you can use the SAT TV, DVD, Video or board games which are already in the vacation home.
For those of you who think the 3.5 km long way to the beach is too far, our pool will be a lot of fun for you.

Winter sports in the near by Pyrenees possible from Oktober to April. Distance approx. 1 hour by car.

Besides sun, beach and sea there is also a lot to explore for the outdoor freaks. The house is located at the foot of the Sierra de Rhodes with a marked mountain hiking trail to the cloister Monastir St. Pere de Rhodes, this is a museum with guided tours. Motorbike fans are in paradise right here, whether street or country, there is a lot to see!
Shopping facilities are at every corner and for the leisure time activities there are plenty of offers available for everybody (boat tour, surfing, sports, clubs, theatre, concerts, eating and a lot more). For the little vacationers the Aqua Brava is worth seeing, the adventure outdoor swimming pool is the biggest in Europe and it is 2 km away from the house. Also the go-kart track for young and the elderly.

Urlaub in Mas Fumats 2010

by Familie Bunge from HerscheidHallo und vielen Dank für 3 herrliche Urlaubswochen in Ihrem perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit dem schönen Pool. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große, überdachte Terrasse mit dem schönen Panoramablick über die ganze Bucht von Roses; hier haben wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen. Eine tolle Sache ist natürlich der neue Pool, in dem wir uns immer erfrischt haben, auch wenn wir mal nicht zum Strand wollten (z.B. sonntags, wenn es dort zu voll war, oder wenn mal die Tramuntana wehte).
Unser Fazit: Das Ferienhaus der Familie Halberstadt kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

by Rudolf Leppert from 76287 RheinstettenLeider geht jeder Urlaub einmal zu Ende. So ergeht es auch uns. Wir waren 14 Tage Gäste im Hause der Familie Halberstadt. Die Beschreibung des Objekts im Internet entspricht zu 100%. Lobend zu erwähnen ist die sehr gute Ausstattung des Ferienhauses, besonders die sehr guten Matratzen. Auch der Ausblick beim Frühstück von der Terrasse aus ist wunderschön. Der Pool war bei uns fertiggestellt und man konnte von der Terrasse direkt dort hin gelangen. Das Ferienhaus der Familie Halberstadt kann man nur empfehlen.

nachdem einige unserer Mieter mich auf den Gästebucheintrag mit dem " fehlenden Pool " aufmerksam gemacht haben, was zu einigen Verwirrungen geführt hat, möchte ich diese Sachlage richtig stellen.
Zu dem damaligen Zeitpunkt war der Pool zwar bereits in Planung aber noch nicht gebaut, diese Gäste wussten beim Buchen davon und mieteten unser Haus trotz das kein Pool da war. Daraus resultiert diese Aussage.

Der Blick...die Ruhe...die Luft...ein rundum sorglos Paket an dem auch Ihr Verwalter Herr Koch beteiligt war :-))) Nach langer Espanya Abstinenz hat uns Spanien wieder.....
Wir vermissten leider einen Pool und den direkten Gartenzugang, mas vamos ver, que futuro traria.

by Familie Scholz from Weilerswist... wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus verbracht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist herrlich, wir haben nur ein wenig den Garten vermisst ( besonders die Kinder). Macht aber nicht, da wir viel unternommen haben.
