The vacation rental
The country house lies in Fusch , the world-famous Grossglocknerhochalpenstreet in the heart of the national park Hohentauern. The skiing areas Zell am See, Europasportregion- Kaprun or Saalfelden are reached in 10 - 30 minutes. The house has a basement, ground floor and first floor. Optimal isolation outside, as well as an aluminium roof keep the house suitable for the winter. The fully automatic central heating keeps it warm. It offers: 3 living kitchens-big one with dishwasher- 3 WC,3 baths and shower - 9 sleeping areas with double, three and four rooms, the garden (2200 mē) is large. In the south a blocked brook limits the property.private swimmingpool, playground, basketball, garage for bikes. |

Snowsafty aera-To Kaprun glacier ( possible nearly the whole year) it is 15 km. Salzburgerland region Pinzgau, restaurant 50 m. local centre with purchase possibility 300 m. Environment: Zeller lake, Salzburger country, skiing area European haven region, Hohentauern, Kaprun in the winter: To the free ski bus it is approx. 100 m, to the Areit mountain railway in Zell am See 10 km. In Fusch there is a small ski elevator for beginners and children and a slide area, both in the evening well-lit. Cross country passes directly the house. In the summer: swimming pool at the house , to the Zeller lake 10 km.
