The vacation rental
The flat is located at the first floor of a renovated high-class villa. 100 qm consist of a very huge living area including a winter garten corner, an open kitchen and a separate sleeping room. The walls have a height of approx. 4 m. The flat has a bath with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery and everything else that is necessary for cooking. In the dining area there are cupboards with fine glasses at your disposal. The huge living room area has a winter garden corner at the big windows with comfortable chairs, a dining area with a round wooden table and 4 chairs and another cosy corner with chairs and sofa plus TV. A writing table at the window is also equipped.

The surrounding area
The flat is located in Bremen´s most lively "quarter". Different cafés, restaurants and boutiques are nearby as well as the theatre and cinemas. The relaxation area at the river "Weser" invites our guests for walking and relaxing at the river promenade. The old quarter of Bremen is also nearby (15 minutes walking).
Parking space is available at the opposite side of the house or at the nearby "Theatergaragen".
You will find a bakery on the opposite side.
