The vacation rental
Casa Mimosa has been recently restored.It is a fancy house made of natural stone on a flat ground. It has an entrance of its own, a terrace with plants which is equipped with dining table, umbrella, and two recliners exposed to the sun. The bedroom has a double bed. The other two single beds are in the living room, which has a satellite TV set.The kitchenette has a dining table and all the necessary dishes, coffee machine, a four plate stove with oven, and refrigerator.The bathroom has a bathtub with sprinkler, washbasin, bidet and water closet.(All the rooms have windows).You can also enjoy the romantic peaceful corner in the open air.Well lit parking lot is available.It has a quiet location, far from the street traffic.There is a common barbeque. |

The surrounding area
Diano Marina has a sea promenade and offers a variety of activities: sea cruses, trips, farmer’s market, sport fields, discos, etc. The sea water is clean, (Blue Flag label) and it has sandy beaches and cliffs.The backcountry is very attractive through the fancy inns and the village open air festivals with dance music. The wonderful climate contributes to the great atmosphere. The walking-tours and the beautiful sights are very relaxing. Shopping facilities: in 5 minutes on foot you can reach two stores for fresh bread, a butcher’s, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant. For further shopping, there is a supermarket with delicacies on the street towards San Pietro.

The apartment is available from 4 until 9 p.m. on the day of your arrival. (Please give us a notice of possible delays). On the departure day, the apartment is to be turned over at 10 a.m.
For booking a deposit of ca. 30% of the whole price is required. The rest is to be paid on the day of arrival. |
