villa Giovanna-terace and garden	The surrounding area The villa is situated in a nice area, between the beaches and the hills of Camaiore: a few minutes by car ( 2km) to the nice sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. All kind of shops and a big supermarket open every days are at 1,5km. Nice shopping (boutiques...) on the 'Promenade'along the coast and in Forte dei Marmi ( renowned bathing resort) This is also a perfect base to visit the major art towns of Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca (30km), Florence (90km). From Viareggio port, important seaside resort, interesting daily excursions by boat to the Isola d'Elba, Cinque Terre, Portovenere can be made. Sports: tennis, horseback riding, VTT, cycling, golf club in Forte dei Marmi.
