The Holiday House

Located in the Lübeck City Center in an 800 year old building the 40 m² two Room apartment will be at the 1st of April fully restored and is than fully equipped. Wooden floor and a an old oven in the living room will show you the charm of the old houses of Lubeck. All points of Interests can be reach within minutes by foot.

Special features

The house is loacted opposite the old harbour. Just within small walking distance you find everything you need. Many golf course are around the town within half an hour by car.

Location and surroundings

Lubeck, the old capital of the Hanse is today a city with about 210.000 inhabitants. Famous for sure is the Marzipan, which is produced and sold here freshly the best you get in the world. But carefully wait for my special tips where to buy. The old city center itself is UNESCO listed and the houses are almost all renovated. Surrounded from water (River Trave and a channel) there was no place left for new building. So you entering a town which kept the charm of centuries ago. Nearby the city you find a lot of holiday resort which are located at the Baltic Sea with wonderful beaches. Miles and miles of sand beaches which you can walk in wintertime sometimes without meeting anybody. In summer there is holiday life allover.

Coming from the Motorway A1, Lübeck Zentrum. Follow the direction to the Zentrum. Behind the Holsten left, passing to crossings and turn right after the first traffice light for pedestrians.
