One living /dining room (30sqm) with a sofabed, and 2 bedrooms : 1 double bed, 1 single bed with 2 mattress (for a 2nd people) Fully equipped kitchen: 3 cooking-plates, oven, microwaves, fridge/freezer, coffee-maker, dishes/ustensiles, dish washer, iron-/board, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner; Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, linens. There are 2 colour TV, a hifi-tuner with CD-Player and wifi Internet access

This flat is situated in the residential 17th district, where most of the building have the typical Parisian style "hausmannien". L'Etoile, The Champs Elysées, the "Palais des Congrès" are less than 20 mn by feet. It takes 10mn by metro to reach L'Opéra and the big stores(Galeries Lafayette).
