The vacation rental
The house was restored keeping ot the typical features of the local architecture: Vaulting, stone wall, antique wooden beams.
The house is divided in three levels, two entrances, both on the ground floor with access fron the carruggio, and behind the building with access to the parking place. You can drive till in front of the building.
On the ground floor the spacious tavern ( 33 quadrate meters) with fire place, nice kitchenette ideal for parties, sofa bed for 2 Persons, bathroom with WC and Shower.
At the first floor one double bed room, a bed rooms with two single beds: bunks beds, bathroom with shower.
On the second floor large living room with kitchen ( 35 qm) with duble day bed and terrace with table and chairs. From the terrace a nice view on the valley till the sea. Seaside only 3 km faraway. The house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. |

The surrounding area
The holiday Home is located in the old town centre of Pompeiana, in the district called barbarasa. This name “barbarasa” comes from the homonym pirate who some centuries ago settled in this place. Because of the panoramic and large view till the sea, He chose this location for sighting and attacking the naval vessel sailing in front of the Liguria costs.

Pompeiana is a lively village in which are organised many folks festivals and events for everybody. The more important is the beer – festival in August.
