The Apartments
Our family detached house is situated in a quite part of the city of Novigrad , in the area of Karpinjan, the address being Mate Balota number 2. The apartments are on the ground floor of the house with a fenced garden. The owners of the house live on the first floor and they are only too willing to make your holiday be a pleasant and unforgettable one, which is proved by the fact that the guests keep coming back, which makes us particularly happy.
Please note that during the summer period (July and August) the apartments are let out weekly intervals, mostly from Saturday to Saturday.

Location and surroundings
Novigrad is a holiday resort on the west coast of Istria . It is very proud of its beauty, tradition and cultural heritage. The coast there is indented, low and accessible, with a lot of coves and rocky and pebbly beaches. The traditional manifestations are: the Jazz festival Music Nights, the St. Pelagius festival, the Fishermen nights and other.
