The Apartment
Our apartment has a distinct entry and is situated on the 1st. floor. Before and after the season the minimum allocation is for 2 people and in the maximum principal season for 5-6 people. The apartment is new and It's built in a modern way.There are two sleeping rooms.One of this two room has a conjugal bed and the other one has 2 separated beds which can be joined.The line of kitchen is broad and comfortable 3m long. The dining room and the living room also are organized very comfortably in a sector. The bathroom is fully equipped, relatively large and with Bidet. Still a small sector exists separately with Wash-hand basin and the washing machine. Terrace is 11.5 m2 with a see view.There is also a parking space for existing host.
Special features
The house is surrounded with park of ca.1500m2. The hosts have a possibility of grill in the garden . With a reservation from now until the end of February, there is a 5% rabat for early reservation!

There are 4 restaurant in the surrounding area which are situated in approximately 10 minutes by foot. There You can try a traditional Istrian food and wine.(0,0 Promille in Croatia).There's also in our village, Buici,a playground for children and a small store in the near village,where you can buy all utensils.In the same village there is a possibility to rent a horse and attend the riding school so that you can also admire our marvellous sector in Trab.The distance from the motorway is 3km and it's related to all the Istrians parts.A direct connection for the bike road is also in the vicinity.There are also few things and places You can admire:Baredine cave,Old town of Porec,Fish picnic to the Lim fjord,Briuni islands,central Istra towns

wir sind schon zweimal bei Euch gewesen und werden auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.
Die Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet und auf der schönen Terrasse kann man sich herrlich erholen. Eure Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft findet man sehr selten.
Wir können jedem nur empfehlen bei Euch Urlaub zu machen.

wir haben unseren Urlaub zum zweiten Mal bei Ihnen verbracht. Wir möchten uns noch einmal für die herzliche Aufnahme in Ihrem Hause bedanken.
Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben auch die Ruhe auf der Terrasse genossen. Der Strand und Porec sind schnell in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar und andere Urlaubsziele in Istrien liegen zentral.

Toller Urlaub

nachdem wir nun bereits wieder über eine Woche zu Hause sind und wir alle schönen Eindrücke von Porec` und einem großen Teil von Istrien verarbeiten konnten, bedanken wir uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Ihnen. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet in Ihrem Appartement gefallen. Die Lage Ihres Hauses finden wir optimal, da man hier die Ruhe genießen und sehr gut entspannen kann und wenn man, z. B. am Abend, etwas lebhaftes erleben will, fährt man nur ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto/Taxi nach Porec`. Nochmals besten Dank und liebe Grüße auch an Frau Stanic von

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hat uns gut gefallen. Restaurant in der Umgebung kann man empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Aussicht

wir haben in ihrem schönen Apartment 2 schöne Wochen Urlaub verbracht und wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr schön ist die
Aussicht von der Terasse und das man einige Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Vorallem das Restaurant
die "Ranch" hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
