Location and surroundings
You reach the centre of Lenggries with its various shopping facilities and restaurants in a 5 minutes walk. The same goes for the outdoor pool and the "Erlebnisbad Isarwelle"(indoor).
Shorter walks or long lasting hikes start directly by the house.
Destinations could be the nearly situated mountains Denkalm, Seekar and Geierstein or the Brauneck and Benediktenwand on the other side of the valley.further away the Jachenau and the Sylvenstein lake.
In and near Lenggries there are several cross country ski runs as well as a large skiing region at the Brauneck (all levels of difficulty).
