Destinations could be the nearly situated mountains Denkalm, Seekar and Geierstein or the Brauneck and Benediktenwand on the other side of the valley.further away the Jachenau and the Sylvenstein lake. In and near Lenggries there are several cross country ski runs as well as a large skiing region at the Brauneck (all levels of difficulty).

The rental price depends on time of year, length of stay and number of persons. Special conditions can be given after oral agreement. The price includes final cleaning, electricity and heating. If you don't bring your own bedclothes and towels the price for two persons is 5€/day, for each additional person 2 €/day. The use of washing machine and freezer costs 2,50 €/day, for the use of the sauna 30cents /Kwh will be charged. A tax is charged separately: during high season 1,15 € per adult /day, low season 0,85 €, children under 18 pay 0,15€/day during the whole year.
