The vacation rental

We offer you 3 fully furnished holiday apartments with all mod cons. Our brightly furnished apartments all contain a shower/WC, balcony, satellite television, Internet access, hairdryer and safe.
Apartments for 2-7 people, 40 sq.m.-80 sq.m. The kitchen contains a microwave oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Bed linen and hand towels are included in the price. Parking spaces are available right beside the building. Sauna. Ski cellar, ski boot drier and service table.
Ideal starting point for summer and winter sporting activities. Cross-country course located directly behind the building. Restaurants and shops situated close by. The ski bus stop is only 3 minutes away on foot. In summer, a large sunbathing lawn, with a children’s play area and table tennis, is available.

The surrounding area

Neustift in the Stubai Valley is located around 25 km to the south of the state capital, Innsbruck, at an altitude of 1,000 m.
With its wonderful glacier skiing resort located around the Stubai Glacier, snow is 100% guaranteed; it can rightly be called an all-year-round skiing resort. Cross-country skiers also get their money’s worth. The cross-country course located alongside the Ruetzbach [brook], through forests and over glistening snow fields, as well as on the high courses, are a delight for every cross-country skier. Another essential feature of leisure time activities in Neustift is its 4 toboggan runs, including one of the longest toboggan runs, extending from the Elfer ski resort through the Pinnis Valley (8 km). Night-time tobogganing is also available! Winter paths for ramblers invite visitors for walks and rides; a special experience is a ride with horse and cart.
