The vacation rental
Our outdoor facilities offer the following recreational amenities:
a tennis court with floodlights, a swimming pool with a sun-bathing lawn and a barbecue with campfire site.
Except for local farmers the road along our house is used by cyclist and trackers only; children can play safely outdoors. Your pets are welcome.
Indoors, the groundfloor amenities also include a sauna, showers, tanning studio and skiing room.
Our 40-bed apartmenthouse has 6 different sized apartments for 2 till 13 persons. Due to its flexibility we can host small or larger groups for (family)festivities.
A cozy, all-wood dining room with bar and open fireplace and semi-professional kitchen facilities can be rented as well at such occasions. |

The surrounding area
Our house is located at the edge of the National Park Hohe Tauern at the foot of the 3100 meter high Sonnblick. The locations is ideal to make easy till heavy tracking or mountain bike trips . Goldwashing, birds of prey station, Almtrips are also for childeren a "cool"expirience. Within 1 hour by car you have around 180 place of interest/fun. You can visit them (almost) foc with the Salzburg Land Card http://www.salzburgerlandcard.com/
