Front view	The vacation rental The villa is set in a well maintained garden of 2100 m2. with lots of local trees and bushes. In the villa, at garden level, this self contained apartment, with 3 terraces, each with a seaview, a hexagon shaped pool of 4m dia.X1.20m deep and approx. 1200m2 garden, including a "jeu de boules" court, all for private use by the tenant. Inside, the apartment comprises 2 roomy bedrooms with double beds, a cozy and comfortable lounge area, dining area and a modern, fully equiped open kitchen. A bathroom with shower and toilet and a small laundery area with washing machine. As an option a 3rd bedroom with its own bathroom/toilet is available. Making it suitable for up ton 7 persons.
View from terrace on the side	The surrounding area The property is located at the end of a quiet street, against a hill classified as a green area, at a height of 60m above sealevel. The sea and the beach are 700 m away, a 10-15 minutes walk. Here you will find a small supermarket, 3 restaurants and a piano bar. Close by there are possibilties for diving, sailing, wind surfing, kite flying and waterskiing. Not far away you can play golf or tennis. Other activities like biking, hiking, karting, pond fishing, etc. also exist. Famous villages like ST. Tropez, Grasse, Mougins, St. Paul de Vence and others are not far away. Besides there are a number of vinyards to visit as well. In short a holiday area for just about everyone!
