The Holiday Apartment
Spacious holiday apartment with three rooms and its own separate entrance and terrace in the quiet district Birnbach.
It is divided into a kitchen, bathroom, wc, double bedroom, children's room and living room.
This place is perfect to start hikes and mountain bike trips.
There is a big lawn, so children have enough room to play together.
On request, we can provide a roll delivery service.
Our guests don't have to pay the entrance fee for the indoor swimming pool and 3 outdoor pools in Reit im Winkl. The use of the ski lift is also for free.

The holiday flat is located 800mtr above sea level with a southern aspect and mountain view.
It is a peaceful area on a high ground and only 1.5 km away from Reit im Winkl.
There are three outdoor pools and one indoor pool (no entrance fee for our guests) that offers a programme for children. Furthermore, there are outdoor activities, handcart rental, high ropes course, a waldkindergarten (outdoor), family hikes, pony-trekking, fishing at the fish pond, street festivals.

Autobahn München Salzburg A8, use exit Bernau and continue for about 30 km to Reit im Winkl.
Take the train to Prien am Chiemsee. RVO bus departs every hour to Reit im Winkl. We will pick you up at the bus station.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Birnbach verbracht

by F. Quandt from WerneuchenWir haben als Familie ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Birnbach und Umgebung verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern gut aufgehoben.
Da Birnbach direkt an der Grenze nach Österreich liegt, kann man von hier aus sehr schöne Ausflüge starten. Ob nun nach Österreich oder in der nahen Umgebung, es ist für jedem etwas dabei.
Abschließend kann man sagen, dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Also fahren wir wieder dorthin.
