The vacation rental
The Casa Walser was built in 1803 as testified by the fire mark on the roof beem.
The internals were recently reconstructed (2003), and the furniture completely renewed.
The house keep its characteristics of Walser construction inalterated, as the floors, the ceilings, walls and staircase in wood, stoned porch and windowsills.
Here you will enjoy the typical Gressoney atmosphere without forsaking the habit of modern comforts.
The house is on 2 floors:

The surrounding area
The Casa Walser is surrounded by a park of 4000mq and a wood of pinetrees , both being a part of the property. It also has a private furnished external area.
The chalet is in a special position, where it's possible to enjoy complete privacy, just few steps away (300m) from the center of the village.
The reason why many mountains lovers choose the village of Gressoney every year to spend their holiday as holiday place, is the open-air museum of woods and sweet slopes.
Many walks and paths of every difficulty degree will guide you towards an incorrupted nature, ready to be discovered.
The chalet is only 300 m far from the center of the village Gressoney St. Jean where every kind of shop, facility, activity and museum is available.
