The Villa
You will be spending your vacation in 2,200 sq.ft. living area (total area including pool deck are 3,800 sq.ft.). The entire living area is air conditioned and the individual rooms have ceiling fans.
Villa-Selina has a spacious great room with a 15ft. cathedral ceiling, an integrated formal dining room and an open kitchen with an middle island. You will find 3 bedrooms -each with phone, TV and stereo set- and each has its own bath! Great room, dining room and bath have tile floors. The bedrooms and walk-in closets have fluffy carpeted floor. In the entire villa are exclusive designer furnishings.
The generous kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable cooking. Also the equipment doesn’t let you miss anything!
Special features
Spacious lanai and pool deck (1,600 sq.ft.), partly under roof, has table, comfortable chairs for 6 Persons and lounges. The swimming pool is solar and heat pump heated and has underwater light. For your pleasure there is also a hot tub.

Villa-Selina is located in the desired southwest part of Cape Coral on the 120 ft. wd. De Leon Canal with fast access to the Gulf of Mexico.
A boaters paradise, in only about 20-30 min. you will be from your own dock in the gulf and cruise to the islands of southwest Florida.
There are many golf courses in and around Cape Coral also.
The Camelot Isles Shopping Center with a big Publix Supermarket, a Walgreens pharmacy and many more shops only 2 minutes away!
