The Holiday House
Cottage Panorama is in natural stones, a the first floor is a 2-bed sleepingroom, The bathroom has a bathtub with sprinkler, a washbasin, bidet and water closet (All the rooms have windows), and a terrace which has a dining table.
At the second floor, a livingroom-cum-kitchen with dining table is well equipped with the necessary dishes, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, TV set. Another 2-bedroom which has two single beds, this can be a good dwelling for a family of four, and a second toilette.
In the upper floor is a second terrace, which has a dining table, an umbrella and two couches. From there, you can enjoy the outlook of the sea and the wonderful view upon the medieval Castello.
The private parking lot is well lit.

We are olive oil farmers and we are eager to guide our guests by ourselves as well. We are happy to help you out anytime.

Diano Marina has a sea promenade and offers a variety of activities: sea cruses, trips, farmer’s market, sport fields, discos, etc.
The sea water is clean, (Blue Flag label) and it has sandy beaches and cliffs.The backcountry is very attractive through the fancy inns and the village open air festivals with dance music. The wonderful climate contributes to the great atmosphere. The walking-tours and the beautiful sights are very relaxing.
Shopping facilities: in 5 minutes on foot you can reach two stores for fresh bread, a butcher’s, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant. For further shopping, there is a supermarket with delicacies on the street towards San Pietro.

The apartment is available from 4 until 9 p.m. on the day of your arrival. (Please give us a notice of possible delays). On the departure day, the apartment is to be turned over at 10 a.m.
For booking a deposit of ca. 30% of the whole price is required. The rest is to be paid on the day of arrival.

Ein Häuschen zum verlieben!

by M. Bröcker from DüsseldorfPreis-Leistung super. Wir mussten weder Bettwäsche, noch Handtücher oder Sonstiges mitschleppen, alles vorhanden, auch Endreinigung inkl. Bei Ankunft direkt alle wichtigen Tipps vom Vermieter bekommen. Das Häuschen ist einfach nur zum verlieben, würden es aber nur für 2 Pers. empfehlen, da es sonst eng wird. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles da was man braucht. Das Haus ist super, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Dachterasse toll für Sonnenhungrige mit megablick auf das Meer. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Sonnenschirm ist als schattenspender für 2 Pers. deutlich zu klein, einer muss in die Röhre gucken und irgendwann im Laufe des Tages den Schatten unten suchen, was sehr schade ist. Ausserdem sind die Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen so dünn, dass einem nach kurzer Zeit direkt die Knochen weh tun :-) Großen Dank an Fam. Azzan für die tolle, nette und immer hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort!!!
