The Holiday Apartments
Your holiday home has 1 apartment for 2 people, the Watzmann apartment, with a separate kitchen and living/bedroom with a foldaway bed, bathroom and a terrace offering unrestricted views over a large meadow towards the mountains.
The second holiday apartment is 60 sq m in size and is suitable for 2 to 4 people.
It consists of a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room with two sleeping areas, balcony and terrace. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance.
Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.
The balcony or terrace provides a view of paragliders landing.
The cross-country skiing route and the downhill ski run directly past the house.
The ideal starting point for winter sport and hiking without having to use the car.
Special features
We offer a warm welcome to disabled people not confined to a wheelchair.
There is always something for children to discover amongst the flowers and animals.
You are also welcome to bring your pets on request.

Location and surroundings
In the immediate vicinity there are a bakery, inns, a ski school, crazy golf, trampolining, mountain hut, an outdoor club for rafting, mountain biking and much else besides.
The lake is about 10 minutes’ walk.
The Jenner cable railway is 5 minutes away, providing a starting point for visiting a beautiful ski area which is not overrun.
There are impressive routes for ski mountaineers.
The mountains are directly accessible for climbing without having to take the car to get there.
The city of Salzburg is only about 20 km away and offers sightseeing, theatre and culture and great shopping.
Berchtesgaden is 8 km away.
There is an open-air swimming pool 3 km away for little water babies.
A thousand possibilities are available all going to make up an unforgettable holiday.

Arrival
Via the motorway A8 towards Salzburg, exit at Bad Reichenhall, continue on to Berchtesgaden and then follow the signs for Königssee on the B 20. When you reach the turn-off for the village of Königssee, turn off into Richard-Voß-Straße and then go over the second bridge until you reach the turn-off for Jennerbahnstr. on the left. No. 48, 100 m on the left.

by Family Moseleit from OberhausenWir haben 10 Tage Aktivurlaub im Dorf Königssee gemacht. Es war insgesamt unser fünfter Urlaub dort und in der Ferienwohnung am Quellgrund haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder in diese Wohnung wollen.
Ganz toller netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, tolle Ausstattung, toller Blick. Einfach nur empfehlenswert.
