Assenede is one of the oldest villages in Flanders Our charming cottage, 3 km from the village center is on a property of 1500 sqm in the middel of a rural area and nature reserve Doornendijk and surrounded by dikes, papletrees and lakes. Several terraces overlooking the spectacular Flemish nature. We offer you 2 double bedrooms - bathroom - kitchen - sittingsroom with books and information of the region. 100% silence and you hear only your neigbours ( the birds ).

So you can say back to nature, but don't forget the historical towns of Ghent 20 km - Bruges and Damme 40 km - Antwerp 40 km and the Dutsch North Sea coast 26 km are nearby. The area is also a paradise for cycling and walking. At the house, free bicycles are provided for guests.
