	The vacation rental Nice little house cosily furnished by a Swiss family; has been very popular, particularly with senior citizens and families. We have space for 5 people in 3 bedrooms. New, modern kitchen, though no dishwasher. It has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower unit as well as a separate shower. We have an interior fireplace in the living room, a dining area with a bench, satellite television with all of the German, French and Spanish channels. Evan a small library with German books is available to you. Thanks to the central heating the house is the ideal type of holiday accommodation all year round. We have a Swiss manager on site who will explain everything about the house and the surrounding area to your and is available to provide information for you at any time.
	The surrounding area The garden is laid out in a romantic style. Its focal point is the swimming pool. No one can see you there because the house is sealed off due to a bright hedge. You can enjoy the sun by the swimming pool in our sun-loungers. If it gets too hot, you have a covered summerhouse with blooming plants at your disposal. In addition to the dining table, there is also a garden fireplace. We have a spacious garage for your car. The house is located in a housing estate with no through traffic. A slightly sloping sandy beach is located 1 km away. There are several sandy bays in the area; spaces for parking cars are located above each bay.
