The family Borovec vacation house is located on the island Vir. The family friendly vacation house has 4 apartments for 2-4(5) persons, direct at the seaside, 20m from the pebbles beach. At the peaceful and nature environment you could really enjoy your vacation. Each apartment has a balcony with nice see view. There is also the 100m2 sun terrace with nice view at the crystal clean sea and the Velebit, 1750 meters high mountain-range on the mainland. The parking lots are covered. Barbecue available. The house is ideally suitable for families with children. The house is settled on the very quiet place far enough from main traffic road. The store, bakery and the restaurant is approximately 5 minutes walking distance.

Location and surroundings

The island of Vir is situated about 25km northwest of Zadar in Northern Dalmatia, connected to the mainland by a bridge. With a total surface of 22,5sqm represents a varying landscape: bare rocks are alternative with pine trees and vineyards, with figs and olives. The coastline measures 31km - in majority natural and almost untouched sandy and pebble beaches with crystal clear water are making from this island a paradise for family holidays. A fresh breese tempers the midsummer temperatures and is offering good conditions for windsurfers. With almost 300 sunny days per year Vir is even in spring and autumn worth to be visited.

   Wir waren zum 2x hier und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Geräumige, sauber Appartements, tolle Terrasse, super Strandlage, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Vor allem für unseren 8 jährigen Sohn durch die direkte Strandlage optimal. Kommen gerne wieder :-)

   Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit, Behaglichkeit und die Lage des Objekts sind super.

   Sehr nette vermieter hatten auch das appartment im 1 stock super aussicht.
   Sehr nah zum strand einfach empfehlenswert. War ein super urlaub

   Ich bin der Nachbar. Kann Borovec und seine Appartements nur empfehlen.
   Der Vorteil: man kann direkt von den Terrassen ins Meer gehen.
