The renovated traditional 95 qm flat is on the first floor of the biggest historically protected house located at the marketplace of Stolpen. From the livingroom you have a beautifull view over the marketplace to the old castle, in the back you can see the wonderfull area of Sachsen.The flat is furnished with traditional, old-style German furniture.

The surrounding area

Stolpen is situated on top of a cone of basalt in the middle of the "Saxon Switzerland". To the west you will find the wonderfull city of Dresden (distance: 20 km ), to the south you find the mountains and rocks of "Bastei", which is a very famous climbing area with view to the river "Elbe" in the so called "Elbsandsteingebirge".
In addition, in this area you will find cities like Pirna, just renovated after the Flooddrama, and the city of Bautzen, which is famous for its interesting history and towers.
It is worth-while visiting this area!
