The vacation rental
Our newly renovated 40m² - 110m² apartments for 1-8 persons are divided into foyer with wardrobe, a kitchen with two cookers, dining room, sleeping room or combination living/bed room with with 2 single beds (double bed optional), bathroom with shower and toilet. Toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishtowel are supplied - you don´t have to take anything.
Internet connection is available on option. |

The surrounding area
The apartments are situated near the Donauinsel and the Milleniumcity - big cinema- and movie center.
Public transports are all in immediate vicinity. Tram line (N - direct connection to the first district), bus lines (5A, 37A), the underground (U6) and the rapid train railway are all in walking distances (1-6 minutes). Next to the house is the Mortara park - a small recreation center with a playground for children. Food stores, bakery, tobacco shop, restaurants (e.g. KOPP, typical Viennese innkeeper)and pharmacy in immediate vicinity
