The vacation rental
Our historic guesthouse is situated at the edge of the village on a generous and terraced plot. You will enjoy unhindered views over the Pagaistic Gulf which stretch to the far away mountains in the National Park. The central location offers you the benefit of a wide range of activities. The altitude of 240 meters above sea level provides you with a constant refreshing breeze despite the heat of the sun, and 10 minutes will find you on the sandy beach with its sea-front tavernas. After enjoying an excursion, make yourself “at home” in the stylish and original atmosphere. Enjoy the hand carved marble shower in the bathroom with its large beach pebbles. Use the well-equipped kitchen or grill lamb/fish in the quaint grill house. The daytime offers the opportunity to sit outdoors in the pleasant shade, and the evening brings its own cosiness. Pure enjoyment. |

The surrounding area
The Pelion is most reminiscent of Tuscany, although the fact that it is a peninsula also means that there are always wonderful sea and island views. It is a fantastic, green oasis with babbling streams, orchards and flower gardens, even at the height of summer.
The house dates from the 17th century and was naturally restored as a guesthouse for private and business friends in 2001/06, using original materials but without sacrificing anything in the way of modern comfort. The location, which is on the edge of the village but still near the “Plateia” (village square) offers you peace and quiet whilst still enabling you to take part in village life. The plot is terraced, about 1000m² in size. The peak of Mount Parnassos is visible across the sea.
You can bathe, laze around, go hiking, admire the lovely old villages and houses and discover tiny fishing villages.
