The vacation rental
Our restored stone-built is set in a quiet hillside location and offers two stylishly and comfortably furnished apartments: apartment "Gelso" is 90 sq m in size and accommodates 4-6 persons.
Apartment "Alloro" is 120 sq m and suitable for 6-8 persons.
Next to the former farmhouse is the pool and a barn, which can be used as a sitting area or seminar room. |

Our house is set in a delightful location with wonderful views and is well established in generously proportioned grounds in the heart of the "Verdicchio" wine growing area.
The Adriatic coast offering both sandy beaches and rocky coastlines is about 45 minutes away.

The location of the house offers a wealth of leisure opportunities: 45 km to the sea, 12 to an adventure swimming pool, 15 km to a reservoir, a view of the Appenin Mountains and hiking and cycling right in front of your front door.
