The vacation rental
The holiday apartment is located on the fifth floor of a multi-storey building with lifts. The apartment was recently renovated and refurnished. It contains a high-grade, tiled, granite bathroom and a fitted kitchen. The apartment has an open kitchen, and is furnished with a sofa bed, couch, couch table, cupboard, cable television and DVD player. A dining table for 4 people divides the snugly furnished area in two. The bedroom contains a double bed and a wardrobe. The balcony has a nice view of the greenery, is furnished with a table and 4 stools. A laminated floor has been laid out throughout the whole apartment. A kiosk, a drugstore and free parking spaces are located directly opposite the building. |

The surrounding area
Our modern holiday apartment is located in a quiet area in the centre of Hamburg. The A1 motorway exit, Billstedt or Öjendorf, is ca. 1 km away. Public transport, including the U-Bahn (underground) is three minutes away on foot; the main train station is a further 9 minutes away, located in the city centre, which means that you are close to every area in our beautiful city of Hamburg. You can reach the modern Billstedt shopping centre on foot in 5 minutes.
