	The vacation rental Quiet appartment in a 2 appartment house, entrance in private garden where is possible to park bicycles, first floor with terrace, kitchen and living room, second floor with double bed, bedroom a twin bed room and bathroom. 3 minute bicycle ride to organized beaches, 10 minutes walking to beaches. Residential area with very good parking facilities out of the house. No pets allowed another dog allready living in the garden (very quite boxer in closed area). Very good area for any kind of sport, horse riding, kate surf, trecking, bycicle ruiding, scuba diving, tennis and many more. No smoking appartment.
	The surrounding area 10 minutes from Carrara and its marble quarries, 15 minutes drive to Forte dei Marmi, 20 minutes drive from Lerici, 20 minutes drive to Viareggio, 30 minutes drive to Lucca, 1 hour drive from Florence. 30 minutes drive from Pisa's airport
