In a quiet residential area and at a short distance from the sea, easily walking or riding, the SANTA COSTANZA RESIDENCE in San Vincenzo is a private structure recently built, surrounded by very well kept coowner gardens and two very beautifull looked after swimming pools (bathing attendant) for grown ups and children with solarium furnished with sun umbrellas and deck-chairs, changing room and large garden rovided with an internal coowner wide car park and approachable to handicapped people.
San Vincenzo centre can be reached by a few minutes walk while the essential services are only a few minutes far (commercial centre, baker's shop, post office, fishmanger's, news agent, chemist's shop, conferctioner's shop, first aid and so on ) |
