The vacation apartment is situated in our private house and it is the only vacation apartment in the house. The house is situated in a green and peaceful part of Opatija. The vacation apartment has a large terracce - ca 50 m² in garden with barbecue and very nice seaview. There is also private parking for 2 cars.

Erholungsurlaub in schöner Umgebung

by Sylvia Hoyn from 75203 Königsbach-SteinWir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in Sanja's Wohnung, die sehr großzügig, sauber und modern ist. Auf der Terrasse kann man frühstücken und gemütlich ein Buch lesen. Der Auslauf für unseren Hund ist direkt nebenan in einem kleinen Wald. Zum Meer kann man über viele Treppen gelangen, was unserer Figur gut tut!

Urlaub in Opatija

by Lucas Klaus from DeutschlandEs hat uns bei Sonja gut gefallen, die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Man kann über die Treppe bequem in die Stadt gehen, man braucht hier kein Auto. Dabei bleibt man auch fit.

by Torsten Schluckebier from DeutschlandDie Ferienwohnung ist großzügig bemessen und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Frau Filicic hatte sogar schon die Deutschen TV Sender für uns auf die Favoriten Position gelegt. Die Terrasse ist wirklich super geräumig und wir haben uns fast ausschließlich dort aufgehalten. Die Bilder in der Anzeige geben das Haus und die Wohnung sehr gut wieder. Über Opatija findet man ja ausreichend Informationen im Netz. Familie Filcic ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung kann man rundherum empfehlen.

Super Ferienwohnung!

by Marion Tächl from 85386 EchingDie Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Terrasse konnten wir alleine nutzen. Die Vermieter haben über uns gewohnt, aber wir wurden dadurch nicht gestört. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Ort ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß über zahlreiche Treppen zu erreichen.
