The Apartment
Our cosy house in Tyrolean style, in a sunny and beautiful position, guarantees an amazing view down into the valley. In summer you can use the garden for BBQs and sunbathing.
The vacation apartment was new furnished in 2005, when we renovated the 200 year old house, and contains three floors. The apartment offers space for 10 persons. There are two double rooms and two triple-bed rooms, as well as two bathrooms with shower, bath tube, WC.
Furthermore the fully equipped kitchen with cosy dining corner and the Tyrolean farmer's room with satellite TV and radio. Also a balcony and a vestibule with cloakroom are part of the apartment.
Bed linen and table linen as well as towels and tea towels are available and included into the price

Location and surroundings
The amazing landscape invites to go hiking or mountain biking in summer. Both are directly in front of our house possible. Whether you prefer ambitious mountain- bike tours or easy bike tours in the valley - no problem - here is everything possible! Also on foot you have the choice, an easy-going forest-hike, a hike into the high mountains or only walk along the Ziller-promenade - you have the choice. On our well - cared for hiking paths and bike lanes you can explore the valley. If you want to go swimming, playing tennis or soccer you can visit the sports centre, 2km away from us.
In winter you can go skiing in our various skiing areas or cross-country skiing. The free ski bus-stop is 150m away from our house.
