In courtyard setting , L' Hirondelle, covers approx 120sqm & is a charming newly cnverted 3 bedroomed stone barn.
Ground floor - large open plan lounge with wood buner(wood inc at no extra cost) & fully equipped kitchen appliances inc gas cooker, fridge , washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster& coffee maker.
Frist floor -large double bedroom & 2single bedrooms both with bunk beds.
shower room with wsah basin & toilet.
All rooms have electric heating.
Outside there is a private BBQ patio & play area for children. We swings, badminton, football area & table tennis on site. |

The surrounding area
We are situated in the heart of the Conntentin Peninsula amidst the rolling green Normandy countryside , a short drive from beautifull sandy beaches & only 30mins from Cherbourg.
There are network of cyle routes going to La Haye Du Puits Coutances, Portbail & Briquebec which ca be joined in the nearby town of Saint Sauveur Le Vicomte(3km).
Many of Normandys tourist attractions are within easy reach by car Coutances -Ancient town & Cathedral (30mins) Bayeux Tapestry (65mins) Cherbourg -Hypermarkets (30mins)Mont St Michel town & monastery (90mins) Barfleur-scenic fishing port (40mins) Barneville Carteret & Portbail- Quaint Costal Resort & gateway to Jersey (15mins) & Utah beach war museums & cemeteries (30mins).
