The Holiday House
"Domizil Via Claudia" combines comfort and nostalgia. Integrated into the former village school, the house has been completely refurbished according to environment-friendly building principles and has its own separate entrance.
The rooms are located on several levels or galleries. Almost 200-year-old hand-hewn original beams have been exposed throughout, giving the property its stylish and very unique character.
The house is suitable both for large families or small groups. Guests are invited to relax and unwind in the apartment's own section of the garden.

Location and surroundings
The holiday house is located on the southern edge of the village of Unterdiessen. The road ends just behind the house. From here, partly tarmacked tracks lead into woods and meadows, and the 9th leg of the "Via Claudia" cycle path from Landsberg to Schongau also passes the house. The small and peaceful village of Unterdiessen, through which the picturesque Wiesbach stream meanders, offers locals (approx. 1200) and visitors shopping facilities where basic everyday requirements can be purchased and also a choice of 4 restaurants. Ideally situated for daytrips to historical towns, the Allgäu region and Bavaria's picturesque lakes.

Arrival
From the A96 coming from Munich or Lindau, leave the autobahn at exit Landsberg West and follow the B 17 towards Schongau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen. After about 10 k, follow the signs to Waal/Unterdiessen. After approx. 2 k you will arrive in Unterdiessen.
