The Holiday Apartment
Quiet, luxurious holiday-flat (62m²) on the ground floor with large terrace (25m²) for up to 4 people. Located right on the waterfront. 2 rooms: 1 living room (30,5m²) with cooking and eating area as well as a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). 1 bedroom (15m²).
First moving in 03/2006.
Flat totally new furnished 04/2006. Flat is equiped with all comforts (SAT-TV in living- and bedroom, DVD, video, HiFi set, radio, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, terrace-furniture etc) Baby-bed and child's high chair are available. The kitchen is equiped with all necessary utensils (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, sandwich-toaster, waffle iron etc)
Attention: No bed linen, towels and tea towels!!

The property borders directly to the Schlei, on the one hand with an own shore and on the other hand to a small marina.
It is approx. 500 meters to a public, unguarded bathing place with well looked after lavatories and shower. Here is also a children's playground with swing, roundabout, table-tennis table, basketball basket and soccer pitch. Here you can let fly a kite in case of enough wind.
Shopping possibilities for everyday necessities are in Fahrdorf (3 km) and Fleckeby (5 km). Possibly necessary medical care is also guaranteed by doctors and pharmacies in these villages. Distances: Schleswig 8 km, Eckernförde 15 km, Kiel 45 km, Flensburg 45 km

- Reservation less than 1 week only possible after prior consultation. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation after we received the deposit of EUR 100. The rest of the rent is payable 10 days before arrival at the latest.
- Boat place to lie: size approx. 7 x 3 m
- Fee: approx. EUR 70,-- per week (we always have to try to rent the boat place)
- In addition to the rental price we charge EUR 50,-- for final cleaning.

herzlichen Dank für die nette Aufnahme in Ihrer Ferienwohnung - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Schade finden wir es, dass Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind und dass diese wundervolle Wohnung fürs Rauchen freigegeben ist - obwohl wir sagen müssen, dass dies in der Wohnung in keinster Weise zu riechen war.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der Wohnung und deren Ausstattung (weil im Internet gebucht, waren wir doch ein wenig skeptisch und doch auch voller Erwartungen).
Wir haben uns trotz des schlechten Wetters sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns steht fest, dass es einfach eine Wiederholung geben muss!
