Quiet, luxurious holiday-flat (62m²) on the ground floor with large terrace (25m²) for up to 4 people. Located right on the waterfront. 2 rooms: 1 living room (30,5m²) with cooking and eating area as well as a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). 1 bedroom (15m²).
First moving in 03/2006.
Flat totally new furnished 04/2006. Flat is equiped with all comforts (SAT-TV in living- and bedroom, DVD, video, HiFi set, radio, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, terrace-furniture etc) Baby-bed and child's high chair are available. The kitchen is equiped with all necessary utensils (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, sandwich-toaster, waffle iron etc)
Attention: No bed linen, towels and tea towels!!

Location and surroundings
The property borders directly to the Schlei, on the one hand with an own shore and on the other hand to a small marina.
It is approx. 500 meters to a public, unguarded bathing place with well looked after lavatories and shower. Here is also a children's playground with swing, roundabout, table-tennis table, basketball basket and soccer pitch. Here you can let fly a kite in case of enough wind.
Shopping possibilities for everyday necessities are in Fahrdorf (3 km) and Fleckeby (5 km). Possibly necessary medical care is also guaranteed by doctors and pharmacies in these villages. Distances: Schleswig 8 km, Eckernförde 15 km, Kiel 45 km, Flensburg 45 km

Angenehme Möblierung, korrekte und freundliche Abwicklung.
Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge per Rad (und Pkw). -

by Family Küff from HerzogenrathEine sehr gemütliche und wirklich vollständig (!) ausgestattete Ferienwohnung!! Besonders ist hier die Ausstattung der Küche zu erwähnen.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für den Urlaub mit Kleinkindern und Baby. Beide Jungs haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!
Wir haben großes Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt und sind jeden Tag am kleinen Sandstrand der Schlei baden gewesen. Auch die Umgebung (Zoo in Gottorf, shoppen in Schleswig) ist perfekt für Kinder.
Ein großes DANKESCHÖN an Familie Schulze! -
Top Ferienwohnung , super Hafenlage

by Mr. Dworschak from RockenbergDie bisherigen Aussagen zur Wohnung können wir ebenfalls nur bestätigen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Dafür unser Kompliment an die sehr netten Vermieter Frau und Herrn Schulze. Auch das Engagement von Herrn Schulze bei der Vermittlung eines Liegeplatzes für unsere Motorboot verdient hohes Lob.
Leider ist die Schlei kein geeignetes Revier für Motorboote, es keine Bootstankstellen mehr mit Super Benzin und man darf auch nur 15 km/h und an der Missunder Enge 10 km/h fahren. Zum Fahrrad fahren sollte man sich vorher sportlich betätigen, da die Gegend dort sehr hügelig ist.

by Family Menzel from MünchenTrotz des schlechten Wetters haben wir uns in der Wohnung in Stexwig sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Schade fanden wir allerdings, dass man zum Einkaufen nicht zu Fuß gehen konnte.
