The Holiday House
Our comfortable furnished vacation house has two floors which are joined with a circular staircase. On the upper floor their is a country-style fireplace room, living room with TV and CD/radio located plus a bedroom with a double bed.
On the ground storey there is an eat-in kitchen with two more sleeping facilities, shower/toilet and sauna. The house is heated by electricity.
Furthermore an outside with a seating area and barbecue possibilities plus a car space are available.

Rittersberg is a local centre of the mountain village Pobershau, an officially recognised resort in the middle of the circle of the Erzgebirge. It is located approximately 30 km south of Chemnitz directly at the Silberstraße.
The idyllic located house is situated on a hillside within immediate distance to the forest with a view in the Schwarzwassertal. Already from the holiday house you can do a range of romantic hikes or visit the Schaubergwerk Zum tiefen Molchner adit, a minerals exihibition, a carving exhibition and Saxonies biggest doll exhibition. You can do equest. horse-drawn carriage rides or sledgings, also you can go horse-riding. In the winter skilifts are available and also a range of cross-country ski-tracks in the village and along the Erzgebirg ridge.

B 174 coming from Chemnitz until Marienberg Markt, than tourn left on to B 171 in the direction of Olbernhau, after approximately 5 km turn left village of Rittersberg.
Keep left over the railway crossing and then drive up the mountain, after approximately 350 m keep left again, after 50 m you have reached your destination

Erlebnisreiche Ferienwoche

by Jens Stephan from BeiersdorfWir möchten uns für eine erholsame und erlebnisreiche Ferienwoche in Ihrem gemütlichen Ferienhaus bedanken. Auch wenn wir wegen der Hitze auf die Sauna verzichtet haben, so ist das doch ein sehr schönes Extra neben dem Kaminzimmer. Uns hat es bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen, absolut empfehlenswert.

by iris hagedorn from Calauwir verbrachten unseren Urlaub 2009 in ihrem gemütlichen Ferienhaus und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der ganz besondere Knüller dieser Wohnung war für uns die "Privat" Sauna,die wir trotz großer Hitze jeden 2. Abend genossen haben. Wir kommen irgendwann mal wieder und dann genießen wir auch noch den tollen Kamin.Vielen Dank auch für die freundliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes .
