The vacation rental
Cottage Rogulè was recently completely renovated and consists of two apartments( 30 m2) one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each has a private terrace, with deckchairs and dining table. The apartment on the ground floor has a separate bedroom ( bed 140 cm wide) , whereas the upper apartment has a large room with kitchen corner, dining and sleeping area. Both have a bathroom with shower.
the apartments have central heating.
the cottage is also perfect for 2 couples or a 4 pers.family travelling together but wishing also privacy.

The surrounding area
Lake Como is50 km long and one of the most beautiful of Europe. Being at the south of the alps we have a mediterrenean climate from april to october.
Rezzonico is one of the most picturesque villages of the lake and has secluded small beaches ( not to be seen from the road!) , a small supermarket, pizzeria, for extensive shoppping and "night life" you go to Menaggio at 8 km .
Rezzonico, Cremia, Pianello del Lario are much requested by youngsters who love sailing, surfing etc, we have an exiting afternoon breeze. and championships are held here.
