The Villa

The holiday villa is comfortably equipped and sleeps up to 8 people. It has 240 sqm living space and there is central heating, a good thermal insulation and windows with double glazing.

There is a modern fitted kitchen with chest freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, glasses, cutlery, dishes etc. and a utility room with washing machine.
Boths bathrooms have tub, shower and toilet. A storage room is also available. In the living room there is a colour tv, satellite and stereo system.
Our big garden provides a swimming pool, garden furniture and a private atmosphere.

The whole holiday rental is on one floor: a big entrance area (48 sqm), large living room with American kitchen, 4 bedrooms between 14 and 17 sqm for 2 people each.

The villa was built under Western European standards.

Special features

Located directly at the Lake Neusiedl and a national park, 2 km away from healing springs, natural springs and thermal springs. There is plenty to do: vineyards Tokaj, Eger, Sopron and Balaton.
Pretty castles also make this area worth a trip. You can also visit the bordering countries.

Additional amenities

Location and surroundings

The villa is located in the Northeast of Hungary, close to the Austrian border and the city of Sopron. The Lake Neusiedl and the small town Fertószentmiklós are only a few kilometres away.
The location of the holiday rental is tranquile.

Set between Vienna and Budapest, nestled in a beautiful landscape, Fertószentmiklós invites to discover the near and far surrounding.
In December 2001, this landscape was declared as a world cultural heritage by the UNESCO.
Sports and leisure activities are available: bicycle paths around the Lake Neusiedl, hiking, sailing, fishing, spending a day at the beach or golfing. Riding is possible at two riding-stables.

The villa is located aproximately 70 km (45 miles) away from Vienna airport (Austria). I can arrange that you are picked up by the house manager if you mail your time of arrival. If you wich to rent a car, then please make the arrangements. There is a car-rental located at the airport.

   Wir waren für eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern hier. Eine sehr entspannte Zeit, der Pool wurde ständig benutzt. Supermarkt ( auch So geöffnet) ist in der Nähe und gute, günstige Restaurants gibt es überall.

   Waren dieses jaar mit 4 Personen 2 Wochen zu Gast in diese wunderschoene Villa. Sehr gut ausgestattet und schoene Lage. Ein ruhiges Dorf, und Umgebung. Schwimmbad war klasse. Nach einem heissen Tag eine wilkommene Abkuelung. Billige Restaurants im kreis von 5km. Schoene Staedten im Kreis von 90km. Wien, Gyor, Eisenstadt ,Sopron. Ein Nachteil gibt es schon, die Zeit geht zu schnell.

   Wir haben dieses Haus gemietet mit fünf Personen. Gute Lage, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. In der Umgebung war vieles zu besichtigen und zu besuchen. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sicher weiter.

   Ich möchte mich herzlich für die schöne Zeit in der Villa Bouten in Ungarn bedanken.
   Es ist eine traumhaft, eingerichtete und sehr zentral gelegene Villa.
   Habe für die nächsten 3 Jahre schon reserviert.
   Kann es nur bestens weiter empfehlen.
