The Holiday Apartment
Our vacation apartment is classified with 4 stars by the DTV (German tourism association) and offers a living space of about 64 m².
The apartment consists of two levels and has a living / dining room with kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed. In the loft there is another cosy room with up to 4 beds and an additional room with a toilet and sink.
The entire property is covered with laminate flooring. 2 x satellite TV´s, 2 radio with CD and cassette player, DVD, wireless internet, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available.
Moreover there is a balcony with garden furniture.
Also a travel cot for small children and a high chair are available.
The house is centrally located in the centre of Prerow.
Special features
The vacation apartment is conveniently located near the main beach access. A supermarket, a bakery and bus stop are only about 100 meters away. Even though it is close to the infrastructure, the location is very quiet, as the adjacent channels are rarely travelled.

According to a travel supplement of the "world" of 11.03.1997, Prerow on the Darß - the place where our vacation apartment is located, has the most beautiful beach of Germany. No wonder; the fine, white sand is almost stone-free it is something special. The development begins beyond the dunes (except for the main entrance), so that you can enjoy pure nature. Many fans of the place Prerow believe that there is still an upgrade: the romantic western beach, which is located at about 15 minutes by bike.
On the opposite side of the Baltic Sea the town there is a national park that invites you to extensive walking tours, cycling and observing migratory birds, are doing a stop over there in fall.
Bodden and the sea provide a lot for sailors.
