The vacation rental
is placed on the ground floor of a single house, built on a south-westerly slope, without direct neigbours.
The appartment is cosy and quiet. It has its own separate entrance, with no steps.
It is surrounded from three sides by a well looked after garden with trees and bushes.
From the garden you have a lovely view over a meadow with little lakes and the forest and hills of the Bavarian Forest.
The garden has three different terraces. You will enjoy spending the whole day in the garden - from breakfast until the late evening, relaxing or having a barbecue.
For the kids, there is a playground across the street with swings, slides, a sandbox and a merry-go-round. |

The surrounding area
around Thurmansbang is called "Dreiburgenland" - the land of three castels. In the area of the castles Saldenburg, Fürstenstien und Engelsburg you will find this wonderful landscape with hills, valleys, meadows and mixed forests with a wonderful air. Here the nature is still intact.
Here you also find the four most beautyful lakes of the southern Bavarian Forest, suitable for swimming.
In the middle of this landscape is a little, well looked after village with about 2000 inhabitants - "Air Spa Thurmansbang"
There are restaurants, a café, shopping fascilities like Edeka, Schlecker, a farmacy, a flowershop etc.
Wellness: in our house kinesiology, across the street a wellness-shop and about 500 m away a hotel with wellness facilities
