	The vacation rental The apartment is in the 2nd floor ( elevator available) a living- and office building (savings bank in the first floor). Bedsitter: Parquet flooring floor with carpets; Double bed, couch, coffee table; Dinette with 2 chairs and dining table. Installation wardrobe in the corridor. Kitchenette: Refrigerator, 2 hotplates, various electric equipment. Bath: Bath with shower curtain, hand-wash basin, toilet. Balcony (with awning): Table and 2 chairs.
	The surrounding area Approx. 200 m up to subway station of new Westend. Only 1 station (removes) with the subway's line 2 direct one connection to the station zoo, Potsdam place, town center, Alex, Olympia stadium; with the bus line 104 to the near situated radio tower, exhibition grounds, ICC. Restaurants (German, Italian and Chinese cooking) at the Steubenplatz and in empire street. Supermarket (Meyer-Beck) and delicatessen (butter Lindner) in an immediate proximity (at the Steubenplatz).
	Activities sightseeing, visit of the Olympia stadium or the radio tower and exhibition grounds.
