The vacation rental
The holiday apartment is approx 100m² in size and consists of: 3 double rooms with bathroom, 1 child’s room with up to 3 beds, large living and dining room with satellite TV and safe, vestibule with extra WC, fully equipped kitchen, lockable ski and storage room.
The apartment has tiled floors and parquet flooring.
We provide bed linen, tablecloths and towels.
Laundry service for our guests consisting of collection of wet and used towels and table linen every two days to be washed! |

The surrounding area
The winter and summer holiday resort is 712 meters above sea level in the holiday paradise of the Lammer Valley - Dachstein West and is the ideal location for the whole family!
Abtenau’s wonderful mountain scenery and unspoiled natural landscape offers a wealth of opportunities. Whether you are interested in skiing, tobogganing, swimming in the adventure pool, mountain biking or climbing, or whether a visit to the festival city of Salzburg, the glacial caves in Werfen, the imperial towns of Bad Ischel or Hallstatt, Dachstein with its Gosau Lakes, Lammerklamm or Salzachklamm takes your fancy, there is something for everyone, both young and old!

Thermal baths a few kilometres away in Bad Vigaun and the Watzmann Thermal Baths in Berchtesgaden.
A new project is under construction in Golling.

Travel information
Motorway A10 exit 28 (Golling/Abtenau), take the B162 as far as Abtenau. Shortly after the entry sign for Abtenau, turn off left at the warehouse and continue until you reach the West Car Park, then take a left followed by an immediate right and you will find our house 3 m on the left! |
