Holiday home Rosi	The vacation rental Our apartment block has 3 holiday apartments (1 of 35 m², 2 of approximately 50 m²) for 2 to 4 people, all having living/bedroom, bedroom, kitchen area (including cooking utensils and crockery), shower/WC, radio and cable TV, equipped with towels and bed linen. A large balcony provides views of the magnificent mountain panorama of the Tennen Mountains and the “Gosaukamm”; the terrace with its barbecue facilities is a cosy place to spend time. Our playing field, grassed sunbathing area and children’s pool are ideal for families, and our sauna, solarium and fitness room will revitalise you and look after your body.
View of the Lammer valley	The surrounding area The rear area of the Lammer valley is well known for having some of the heaviest snowfall in Austria. A cross-country skiing path goes right past our house, and there is a ski lift right next door. There are 35 lifts in the nearby “Dachstein-West” skiing region and more than 100 lifts within a radius of 25 km (including the well known “Amade" skiing region). Walking, tobogganing trips and sleigh rides complete the rich variety of activities available. It is also easy to undertake excursions into the state of Salzburg or to visit the state capital Salzburg.
Our children’s pool	Activities Use our house as the ideal starting point for relaxing walks, mountain climbing, climbing tours and well signposted mountain bike tours. The nearby forest pool in Lungötz and the lake park in St. Martin (the neighbouring village) provide natural bathing facilities. Travel information

Coming from the North on the motorway A10, continue as far as the exit for Hüttau- Lammertal, follow the signs for Lammertal for about 6km until you reach Lungötz, turn off left at the "Lungötzer Hof" hotel, continue for about 1.5 km before taking a left, continue up the mountain for 50 m, the Rosi holiday home is the first house you come to (plan on our homepage).
