summer and winter	The vacation rental It is a small free standing house . It is 50"m . livingroom/small kitchen. It is for two persons (little baby also possible). There is central heating and also a fireplace for wood. Upstairs is the bedroom (double bed) and douche toilet and washtable. and also a big wardrobe. there is an garden and a place to sit outside with a great vieuw .
neighbourhood	The surrounding area The house is in Oterleek a small village near the big town Alkmaar with the great footballlclub AZ. In Alkaar you can find the cheese market and it is 15 kilometers from the sea. You can cycle in the surroundings . You can visit by car or bike the zuiderzeemuseum and go to Volendam Marken , Monnikkendam and Zaanse schans, Broeker veiling and go on. Even Amsterdam is only half an hour from Oterleek by car.
