Villa Birdview	The vacation rental The house has a living area of approximately 300 square metres, is air-conditioned throughout, has three bedrooms with American king-size, queen-size and single beds, each with its own bathroom, a living room with views of the pool and a tropical garden and pond. The comfortable American kitchen leads onto the large living room. The electrically heated pool is surrounded on three sides by the terrace. Water sports fans will love the 2.2 tonne capacity boat lift and the jet ski crane. The house features all mod cons, such as jacuzzi, radio/CD system operable in every room, on the terrace and in the garages, a huge TV, surround-sound, a pool table, a kitchen with every extra you can think of, waterfall with mist maker, three extra large garages.
Garden Birdview	The surrounding area The coastal area of the Gulf of Mexico includes more than 50 miles of beautiful, white sandy beaches, fascinating islands and areas of natural protection. Sanibel and its smaller neighbouring island Captiva can be reached by land or water. The way there is always an experience in itself. The bridges from Fort Myers to Sanibel stretch over three miles. Pelicans dive into the sea, with the same aim as the anglers in their boats: to get their share of the rich fish stocks of this region. The long, white, empty beaches are a paradise for shell collectors – there are hundreds of different sorts here. Cast a glance over the water and it will not be long before you see the fun loving dolphins jumping.

Airport Fort Myers follow Interstate 75 (motorway) North towards Tampa. Exit Ft Myers/Immokalee, 4½ miles on US-41 North, over the bridge, left at the first traffic lights, 1.2 miles, left at the traffic lights into Orange Grove Blvd., after 1 mile road narrows to single carriageway, continue for 300m, Seafan Circle left on the corner.
