The newly constructed, 142 m2 holiday apartment on the ground floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern and tastefully furnished living/dining area featuring a fitted kitchen and all mod cons. There is direct access from the apartment to the garden, which has a separate pool area. The holiday apartment on the upper floor has 3 bedrooms. The living area leads out onto the large terrace with sea views. 1260 m2 garden area with pool and separate children’s pool, a wide variety of fruit trees, cypress trees and herbage providing shade during the hot periods of the year.
	The surrounding area Crete is one of Europe’s most popular holiday regions and offers miles of golden sandy beaches, historic towns and monuments, unique landscapes, high mountains which are covered in snow during winter, green valleys and unique and mighty gorges – not forgetting the warm hospitality of the local people, which will leave behind lasting memories.
