The vacation rental
Our house enjoys a central location yet overlooks the city and is situated in a private estate consisting of 5 terrace houses at the foot of Table Mountain. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (one bathroom en suite), a study, a garage, a large living room with open fireplace and an open plan kitchen, a guest toilet, a small patio and an 80 m˛ roof terrace offering panoramic views of Cape Town. Satellite TV and (if booked in advance) German TV programme and an alarm system are available. Our maid will take care of the house once a week. |

The surrounding area
The small road Bellevue Road leads up the mountain to Kloof Neck Road, which goes over Table Mountain to Camps Bay, thus enabling the beach to be reached in a 5 minute drive. The "Higgo Terrace" estate is located in a lovely area with villas, and the trendy Kloof Street with its boutiques and restaurants is only a few minutes’ walk away. The city centre can be reached in 6 minutes by car.

Activities
Cape Town is well known for its wide variety of sporting activities – especially surfing, kite flying and mountain hiking on Table Mountain.
Cape Town is, however, also a cultural metropolis with theatres, galleries and museums. Not forgetting the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
