The vacation rental
The marvellous white villa from the turn of the century was rehabilitated excellently in the year 2002, however externally unchanged.
You find a breathtaking panorama seaview, because the flat is on the 3rd floor and the house only 25 steps away from the beach.

The surrounding area
Wonderfully located at the seafront on the quiet part of the "Strandpromenade".
Nevertheless only few going minutes to the lovely centre of Binz.
